Buffalo – Eleanor – Hurricane – Poca – Teays Valley – Mobile Library
The Putnam County Library system is heavily utilized for informational and recreational reading materials, curriculum support, Internet access, meeting rooms, and community programs for adults, teens, and children. The branch libraries are located in their respective communities and often supplement their local school libraries in providing resources to students and citizens of their communities. Each library in the system has a strong summer reading program with over 1,500 children registered and participating in various programs.
